Rehab doesn’t have to be boring 🙌🏼 with long term injuries, keeping things stimulating and fun is essential. We use the blazepods to feed proprioception, single leg balance, core control, isometric strength and to keep things fun!

Look who dropped in! 👶🏼 Physio Blake has been on Paternity leave with his beautiful baby boy, Reuben! Bub is 3weeks old and thriving. Blake is back next week so book in now, before he fills up again 🙌🏼
